Fly Me to the Moon!

We would love to be flown to the moon, unfortunately we do not have the resources to do that. However, we did want to celebrate landing on the moon, way back in 1969, because that was a pretty big event, and worthy of celebrating...not to mention the fact that outer space is the final frontier, so we decided to put together a little event, and of course our theme music was none other than "Fly Me to the Moon!" We danced, ate astronaut ice cream, and had a great time.

Please come by to see us for any of our fun events. We love celebrating with our residents, and we believe that we can nurture the spirit of life with these events as well as day to day living. Come by to see what makes us special!

Superhero Slurpee Salute!

IT’S A PERSON, IT’S A VOLUNTEER, NO, IT’S A SUPERHERO!! WE were able to salute our local superhero volunteers with National Slurpee Day and a BBQ! True to the Juniper spirit we will celebrated our volunteers, a.k.a. our local superhero’s, in style and since we want to get in on the action, we will also dressed up in superhero costumes, albeit not quite as authentic. We had a great time and the firemen even brought their truck and we had some nice opportunities to get some pictures.

Come join us as we celebrate the true heroes of our society, we celebrate them twice a year with specific events for them...Our next one is in October, and we will be doing a Chili Cook-Off in which the Firemen vote on the best chili!
